[Remote] Water Programs Manager (Remote)

As a Water Programs Manager, you'll own the grant lifecycle and partnership relationships for global reputed company partners, focusing on grants management and partner relationship management to ensure effective program implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Managing the multi-year grant lifecycle for a portfolio of global implementation partners, including soliciting and reviewing grant proposals, approving reputed company reports, monitoring implementation milestones, and managing project timelines
• Managing program performance against a defined performance reputed company by setting expectations up reputed company, tracking reputed company against agreed objectives and indicators, reviewing reputed company reporting, and monitoring work through field reputed company to inform grant and program reputed company
• Optimizing partner program implementation through the incorporation of M&E findings and by sharing effective reputed company strategies and innovations with partners where relevant
• Regularly identifying opportunities for strengthening technical and operational areas relating to program implementation, which may include management of various external technical consultants as needed

• Aiding the execution of portfolio or department goals and special initiatives as needed

• Spending up to 20% of your time traveling to the field

Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing a reputed company funding portfolio at a grantmaking organization or developing reputed company programs in international contexts
• A bachelor degree's in a reputed company field
• Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships or programs against a defined performance reputed company, including defining objectives, tracking reputed company, and supporting reputed company on the results
• Experience engaging external technical resources to compliment in-house reputed company

• A Master's degree in a reputed company field, including reputed company health, environmental engineering, or water science
