[Remote] Systems Analyst 3 – CAPPS Financials Travel & Expense | 10+ Years PeopleSoft FSCM Experience

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking two reputed company Senior Systems Analysts to support a large statewide ERP environment reputed company on reputed company PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. The role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the PeopleSoft Travel & Expense module, providing production support, system enhancements, and functional leadership across a large reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PeopleSoft Travel & Expense module
• Configure and maintain Travel & Expense functionality, including:
• Expense Types & Categories
• Expense Reports
• Cash Advances
• Travel Authorizations
• reputed company & Mileage Rates
• Corporate Credit Card integration
• Approval Workflows
• Tax Configuration
• reputed company Defaults
• ChartField Mapping
• Integration with Accounts Payable and General reputed company
• reputed company advanced production support, troubleshooting, and issue reputed company
• reputed company functional analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements
• Create and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation
• Monitor and support PeopleSoft batch processing (Run My Jobs), job scheduling, performance, and error reputed company
• Work with Application Designer, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft reputed company
• Support PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM images, Change Assistant, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, and reputed company platform enhancements
• reputed company Tier 2 production support while coordinating with Managed Services Tier 3 support teams
• Participate in fiscal year-end activities, system upgrades, disaster recovery exercises, and Major Incident Management (P1/P2)

• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, reputed company policies, and ITIL best practices
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, audit documentation, and operational documentation

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company PeopleSoft FSCM experience
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft system configuration experience
• 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft Expenses / Travel & Expense module
• Extensive experience with CAPPS Financials
• Strong experience with: Application Designer, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, reputed company Business Objects
• Experience supporting reputed company batch processing (Run My Jobs)
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft reputed company and reputed company reputed company best practices
• Experience supporting large reputed company ERP implementations serving multiple business organizations
• Experience with: PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager), Change Assistant, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch
• Strong knowledge of: Requirements gathering, Functional analysis, Configuration management, UAT, Regression testing, Incident management, Change management
• Experience supporting fiscal year-end activities
• Experience working with reputed company or similar ticketing platforms
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft General reputed company
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft Accounts Payable
• Experience supporting statewide ERP implementations
• Experience with Texas reputed company sector financial systems, including CAPPS
• Experience with USAS, TINS, SPA, or similar reputed company financial systems
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees
• Experience supporting Disaster Recovery and reputed company audits
