Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and support reputed company Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions
- Implement Bring Your Own Voice Agent (BYOVA) integrations with reputed company reputed company telephony
- Configure reputed company routing, IVR, and voice automation workflows
- Collaborate with reputed company integration teams to support reputed company communication workflows
- Troubleshoot telephony and integration issues
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with reputed company Collaboration technologies
- Experience with reputed company Webex Calling and/or Webex Contact Center
- Experience implementing reputed company telephony solutions
- Experience integrating AI Voice Agents (BYOVA) with reputed company platforms
- Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, and reputed company
- Experience working with US reputed company providers
- Experience with reputed company and reputed company integrations
- Familiarity with FHIR and HL7
