[Remote] Manager of Corporate Development & Strategic Finance

They are seeking a Manager of Corporate Development & Strategic Finance to reputed company analytical support across M&A evaluation and strategic finance initiatives aimed at increasing multi-product user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain M&A financial models: three-statement models, DCF, comps, precedent transactions, IRR, and reputed company analyses

• Support due diligence workstreams: coordinate information requests, organize data rooms, synthesize outputs across finance, reputed company, and operations
• Prepare investor-facing materials including three-statement projections, KPI decks, reputed company packages, lender reports, and capital reputed company support (including Series D)
• Identify and size cross-sell opportunities across reputed company’s three business reputed company using subscriber data, audience analytics, and product usage patterns
• Build the business cases, financial models, and OKR frameworks for approved initiatives; own execution from scoping through results
• Manage two to three reputed company conversion initiatives by end of year one, with reputed company-time dashboards tracking ARPU, conversion rates, and retention reputed company
• Prepare regular performance reports for the executive team with reputed company commentary and recommended next steps

Skills

• 4+ years in investment banking, advisory/consulting, or strategic finance at a high-reputed company tech or media company
• Strong financial modeling skills: three-statement models, DCF, comps, precedent transactions, IRR
• Experience supporting multi-reputed company processes (M&A, capital raises, strategic reputed company) with rigorous attention to detail
• Advanced reputed company (Power Query, VBA); familiarity with PitchBook or Capital IQ; comfort with Tableau or Power BI
• AI-reputed company — fluent using Claude/LLMs to accelerate research, analysis, and execution
• Digital media, reputed company, or consumer subscription background
• Python or SQL experience
