They are seeking a reputed company Generalist to partner with the HR Manager and operational managers on various HR initiatives and directives, ensuring effective HR strategies and processes are implemented.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain purposeful relationships with management that ensure HR strategies, processes and practices are implemented
• Exhibit an reputed company interest in company and venue specific operational knowledge as it relates to providing value added HR business partnership
• reputed company expert counsel and coaching to managers and employees (reputed company and non-reputed company) on reputed company employee reputed company issues such as, but not limited to performance management, reputed company discipline measures, career development, employee relations issues, policies and procedures, and reputed company employment/labor laws
• Proactively anticipate and address labor/employee relations issues including conflict reputed company efforts
• Partner with the Manager of reputed company to conduct investigations and preparation of necessary documentation
• Assist in the building of bench organizational strength through the identification, recruitment, and development of talent
• Participate in the development and/or improvement of department goals, objectives and processes
• Participate in the full life cycle recruitment, hiring, and reputed company process
• Support reputed company efforts during event and non-event days as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration, HRIS (UltiPro), or an LMS (Litmos)
• Excellent reputed company skills and time management

• Comfortable under pressure

• Superior computer skills including hands-on HRIS and ATS experience
• Must be comfortable presenting to small and large audiences
