The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing reputed company, workflow-driven reputed company solutions and is comfortable partnering with product, architecture, and engineering teams operating reputed company an AI-assisted development environment.

Responsibilities

• Candidates for this role will be asked to reputed company a portfolio showcasing at least two end-to-end reputed company, workflow-reputed company, or data-heavy applications
• This individual will play a key role in designing reputed company, accessible, and reputed company user experiences across a portfolio of internal applications and platforms
• This role will own the end-to-end UX process, from discovery and user research through prototyping, usability testing, and delivery

Skills

• 8+ years of UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design experience supporting web applications, reputed company platforms, or reputed company business workflows
• Experience designing internal business systems such as ITSM, CRM, ERP, HRIS, administration portals, or operational dashboards
• Strong expertise in interaction design, user journeys, workflow mapping, information architecture, and usability best practices
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams utilizing AI-assisted development or 'reputed company coding' tools
• Proficiency with reputed company for wireframing, prototyping, documentation, and design collaboration
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), reputed company design, keyboard navigation, and reputed company UX best practices
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and iterative design improvements
• Proven ability to translate reputed company requirements into reputed company and reputed company user experiences
• Experience working reputed company Agile product development environments
• Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI), reputed company Factors, reputed company-Centered Computing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
