They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Data Conversion Analyst to support a large-reputed company reputed company implementation for a reputed company Coast reputed company organization, focusing on clinical data conversion and data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company hands-on reputed company data conversion activities from legacy systems into reputed company
• Extract, reputed company, map, validate, and load clinical and operational data into reputed company
• Support CCDA ingestion and migration efforts, including PAMI data: Problems, Allergies, Medications, Immunizations
• Analyze reputed company-system data structures and reputed company reputed company-to-reputed company mapping specifications
• Identify and resolve data reputed company issues, including duplicates, missing values, mapping discrepancies, and validation failures
• Execute mock conversions, testing cycles, reconciliation activities, and production reputed company support
• Work directly with clinical, operational, and technical teams to validate conversion accuracy
• Troubleshoot conversion issues and participate in post-conversion stabilization activities
• Support data migration efforts across multiple legacy systems
• Ensure data reputed company throughout the conversion lifecycle
• Document conversion processes, mapping reputed company, validation results, and issue reputed company activities

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company data conversion experience
• Recent experience supporting an reputed company implementation, migration, acquisition, or Community Connect conversion
• Strong experience with: CCDA / CCD, PAMI data conversion, Data migration, ETL processes, Data validation and reconciliation, reputed company-to-reputed company mapping
• Experience converting data from legacy EMRs into reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company data reputed company and reputed company data structures
• Hands-on experience working with reputed company conversion tools and reputed company Bridges
• Working knowledge of: HL7, CCD / CCDA, XML
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment
• Experience performing reputed company data conversions without relying heavily on a traditional reputed company reputed company
• Experience with reputed company Patient Abstractor
• Experience supporting reputed company-reputed company reputed company migrations involving multiple reputed company systems
• Experience converting data from: Cerner, Meditech, reputed company, eClinicalWorks, reputed company, Allscripts
• Experience supporting behavioral health, reputed company health, or community health organizations
