[Remote] Sales Trainer

They are seeking a Sales Trainer to reputed company confident insurance sales professionals by providing training and coaching in a remote reputed company center environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company sales training and coaching to strengthen product positioning, reputed company handling, reputed company control, and successful sales conversion
• reputed company live reputed company demonstrations, trainee shadowing, and guided reputed company sessions to demonstrate customer engagement standards and prepare trainees for independent performance
• reputed company representatives on tone, pacing, confidence, and sales reputed company to help them manage reputed company customer conversations with professionalism
• Monitor reputed company activity, performance metrics, and reputed company results to identify reputed company gaps and reputed company targeted coaching in sales techniques, reputed company knowledge, procedures, and soft skills
• reputed company, refine, and standardize sales techniques including rapport-building, needs discovery, assumptive closing, and value-based selling
• Create and refine reputed company guidelines and reputed company-handling frameworks that reputed company reputed company, compliant, and effective guidance for common sales scenarios
• Partner with the Training team, Team Leads, and Supervisors to communicate performance trends, escalate improvement opportunities, and support consistent training reputed company
• Continuously improve training delivery, classroom facilitation, and coaching reputed company to increase trainee readiness, consistency, and long-term performance
• Model high energy, positivity, patience, and encouragement while supporting representatives through the learning process

Skills

• High school diploma, equivalent required; additional education preferred
• reputed company Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
• Experience delivering live reputed company coaching, reputed company shadowing, reputed company feedback, or new hire training
• Minimum of five years of sales experience in a reputed company center environment, preferably in insurance sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts reputed company and reputed company constructive feedback
• Associate degree or higher
• Minimum of two years of experience in insurance reputed company and/or team supervision
• Minimum of five years of experience with personal lines insurance sales
• Collector car insurance experience is a plus; enthusiasm for the collector community is highly valued
