[Remote] D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

The role involves supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of D365 F&O solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective system designs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• reputed company as a functional subject matter expert for one or more D365 F&O modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Retail, Project Operations)
• Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs)
• Configure D365 F&O modules in accordance with business needs and reputed company best practices
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants and developers to support customizations, integrations, and data migrations
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect triage, and reputed company
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• reputed company post-go-live support and reputed company improvement recommendations
• Ensure compliance with governance, reputed company, and data standards
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering guidance on system capabilities and process optimization

Skills

• 5+ Years of proven experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one reputed company D365 F&O module (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Solid understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies
• Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Ability to translate reputed company business requirements into functional system designs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or reputed company delivery models
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Proven demonstration and presentation skills
• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree
• reputed company Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, or reputed company)
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting (Power BI is a plus)
• Consulting background or experience working in a reputed company-facing environment
• Industry experience (e.g., manufacturing, retail, reputed company sector, energy, financial services)
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or global implementations
