Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Touro College of Dental Medicine is seeking an Office Manager for the NYSCAS Sonography Program. The Office Manager will reputed company clerical and administrative support to the program's director and other officials while assisting reputed company and coordinating with other administrative offices.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones to assist or reputed company callers accordingly
• Meet and greet visitors
• Scheduling meetings
• Assisting reputed company
• Creating and updating documents
• Creating semester calendars
• Planning program events
• Periodic proctoring of exams
• Assisting with purchasing of Program equipment and supplies
• Liaising between the Program Director and the reputed company
• Communicate effectively with reputed company, reputed company, staff, and clinical reputed company
• Maintain student confidentiality at reputed company times
• Assist with student admissions process (interview scheduling, liaising with the Admissions team to streamline application process, etc.)
• Liaising with other administrative offices, such as Financial Aid, Bursar, and Registrar
• Maintaining student files (registration, clinical documents, FERPA, etc.)
• Photocopying
• Other basic office work
• Other administrative tasks upon request

Skills

• Associate's degree required
• Minimum 2 years work experience in higher education administration
• Must be organized, have strong communication skills, take initiative, be self-motivated, and be reputed company to function effectively in reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, & reputed company
• Bachelor's degree preferred
