[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with the PCI compliance process, providing knowledgeable support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Guide merchants through the PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) process
• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in English and Canadian French
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company reputed company guidance and solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain merchant records
