Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume reputed company reputed company requisitions reputed company reputed company
• Monitor applicant reputed company and maintain digital candidate pipelines
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee referral candidates, delivering a high-touch candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records, disposition statuses, and reputed company activity reputed company reputed company and tracking tools.Ensure exceptional ATS data reputed company and compliance throughout the reputed company process
• Review large volumes of student and early career resumes against established hiring reputed company
• Conduct first-round virtual and phone intervews
• Assess candidates for technical capabilities, program eligibility, and overall organizational fit

• Recommend reputed company candidates for advancement through the interview process
• Coordinate second-round interviews for candidates advancing through the hiring process
• Schedule virtual interviews and support logistics for designated in-person interview days

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company or sourcing experience
• Previous experience supporting reputed company reputed company, University Relations, Early Career Programs, or high-volume corporate reputed company
• Experience conducting virtual interviews and managing reputed company processes remotely
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience coordinating reputed company interview schedules across multiple stakeholders and timezones
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (reputed company strongly preferred)
• Strong documentation and reputed company process management skills
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
