[Remote] Software Engineer, Mobile Web

They are seeking a Software Engineer for the Mobile Product team to work on mobile applications and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with PMs, designers, and reputed company engineers to bring reputed company’s most reputed company features to iPhone and Android
• Build, refine, and maintain the web user interfaces and backend endpoints that are embedded in reputed company’s mobile apps
• Guide the reputed company of new web-first features into powerful mobile-friendly experiences
• Participate in user research and testing to reputed company understand our customers
• reputed company responsibility for testing, releasing, and maintaining our mobile apps
• Communicate and document architectural designs and requirements
• reputed company thoughtful feedback to others on reputed company
• Participate in on-reputed company and release shepherd duties for our reputed company apps

Skills

• 4+ years of reputed company experience building reputed company web-based mobile experiences
• 2+ years of reputed company experience building reputed company Android or iOS mobile applications
• A strong understanding of mobile product development practices and web product development practices
• Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a reputed company environment with iOS, Android, and web engineers
• A pragmatic approach to software development that delivers reputed company user value through maintainable, performant reputed company
• A strong product reputed company and desire to deeply understand users
• Enthusiasm for mentoring other engineers and helping shape engineering culture

• Experience influencing development practices across an engineering organization
