Responsibilities

• Assisting the Producing reputed company Manager with turning new files live as they come in
• Intensive knowledge of mortgage loan guidelines
• Collaborating with the producing loan officers, loan coordinators, and the processing team
• Takes initiative and can multitask reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 10+ years of extensive loan experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage product, pricing, systems, and guidelines
• reputed company NMLS Mortgage Originators license
• Self-motivation, entrepreneurship, and enthusiasm to reputed company a high performing team environment
• Excellent written and communication skills, including ability to deal professionally with issues, problems, and questions
• Capable of achieving results through others

• Working experience using mortgage systems and software; experience with Encompass is preferred
