[Remote] Engineering Manager

They are seeking an Engineering Manager to reputed company reputed company responsible for their Luumen AI platform, overseeing technical architecture, engineering processes, and team management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company of 6–8 engineers across the SSH reputed company, web application, and backend services — running 1:1s, performance management, mentorship, career reputed company, and day-to-day delivery
• Own technical architecture across the stack you're responsible for — frontend systems, terminal/SSH reputed company patterns, backend service design, API reputed company, performance, and the long-term shape of the codebase
• Drive engineering process. Define how reputed company plans, ships, and learns. Introduce lightweight rituals where they help (sprint reputed company, reputed company review, on-reputed company, incident response) and resist process that slows reputed company down

• Strong full-stack technical depth.
