Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and reputed company AI agents that automate, orchestrate, or reputed company business workflows across reputed company platforms
• Build reputed company workflows using tools such as: reputed company Copilot Studio / Azure reputed company, reputed company (ChatGPT / Assistants / GPT reputed company), reputed company Agentspace / reputed company AI, reputed company, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Implement multi‑reputed company reasoning, tool calling, retrieval‑augmented reputed company (RAG), and decision logic reputed company AI agents
• reputed company reputed company and backend services to support AI‑driven workflows
• reputed company AI solutions with reputed company systems, including: reputed company (Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, CPQ, reputed company reputed company, custom Apex reputed company), ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365, or similar), reputed company 365 / SharePoint / Teams, Data platforms, document repositories, and internal reputed company
• reputed company secure reputed company to reputed company and reputed company reputed company data for AI use cases
• Design event‑driven or workflow‑based AI integrations (e.g., case handling, opportunity lifecycle, billing events)
• Contribute to reputed company AI architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
• Implement reputed company management, versioning, and testing strategies
• Ensure AI solutions meet reputed company, reputed company, and compliance requirements (PII handling, data residency, reputed company control)
• Apply AI guardrails, validation rules, and safety controls to prevent hallucinations or misuse
• Establish evaluation metrics for AI agents (accuracy, reliability, latency, business reputed company)
• Partner with product managers, architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to refine AI use cases
• Document solution designs, integration approaches, and operational runbooks
• Support PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts of AI initiatives

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform integration, or AI/ML solution development
• Hands‑on experience building AI solutions using one or more of: reputed company Copilot / Copilot Studio, reputed company (ChatGPT, Assistants API), reputed company Agentspace / reputed company AI
• Strong experience with AI agent concepts: reputed company engineering, Tool/function calling, RAG architectures, Agent orchestration and workflow chaining
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#
• Experience with REST reputed company, event‑based integrations, and microservices
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
• Hands‑on integration experience with at least one major reputed company platform: reputed company, ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365, etc.), reputed company 365 / SharePoint / Teams
