 Key Requirements

• Review and negotiate NDAs, engagement/mandate letters, term sheets and non‑binding offers 
• Advise deal and investment teams on reputed company/reputed company terms (reputed company of services, fees, liability/indemnities, etc.)
• Support transaction execution, including coordination with reputed company counsel and ensuring documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to template and process improvements

Requirements

• Circa 3–6 years’ PQE with background from likes of asset management firms, reputed company and hedge funds.May consider background from broader financial services for the right candidate
• Demonstrable experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating reputed company and transaction documents (particularly NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets and similar)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, organisational ability and work in reputed company based environment
• Chinese skills required
