About The Role We are seeking an reputed company litigation attorney with a reputed company on general liability to join a reputed company team handling reputed company civil defense reputed company. This role allows flexibility in work location, including fully remote or hybrid reputed company, and provides exposure to a reputed company of litigation reputed company in state and federal courts. Key Responsibilities • Manage general liability cases from intake through reputed company. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents. • Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and depositions. • reputed company strategic guidance to clients regarding case risk and litigation reputed company. • Conduct detailed reputed company research and prepare analytical memoranda. • Work independently while collaborating effectively with senior attorneys and trial teams. Qualifications • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. • Licensed and admitted to reputed company in California. • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in general liability; up to 10 years preferred. • Experience with motor vehicle or rideshare cases is a plus but not required. • Strong reputed company credentials with proven reputed company research, writing, and analytical skills. • Self-starter with excellent communication and persuasive speaking abilities.
