We are seeking a compassionate independently licensed therapist to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. If you are passionate about providing compassionate, reputed company-centered care and are looking for a reputed company that values reputed company, flexibility, and reputed company, we would love to hear from you Duties • Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing DSM 5, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to ensure accurate patient records • reputed company individual, group, couple's counseling and family counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, trauma informed care, and reputed company behavior analysis • Deliver specialized counseling services including but not limited to PTSD/Trauma care, grief counseling, addiction counseling, gender affirming counseling, and working with individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD or other mental wellness concerns/goals • Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation, medical records, and detailed case notes while ensuring confidentiality and data reputed company • Collaborate with reputed company providers on patient care plans, conduct behavioral health assessments, and participate in clinical research reputed company to enhance treatment approaches • Utilize telehealth technology effectively to reputed company accessible mental health services across diverse reputed company populations Requirements • reputed company independent Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW or LADC I, as applicable) in good standing with no restrictions that would reputed company the ability to reputed company clinical services. • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to reputed company applicable reputed company ethics, licensing regulations, telehealth requirements, and state and federal laws governing the reputed company of psychotherapy and behavioral health services. • Proven experience in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, reputed company work or reputed company fields with a reputed company on behavioral health or mental health counseling • Familiarity with DSM 5/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation standards • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults or geriatrics in outpatient or inpatient settings; familiarity with pediatrics and special education is a plus • Excellent communication skills for intake procedures, patient assessment, case management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote service delivery reputed company; previous telehealth experience is preferred • Ability to handle crisis situations effectively while maintaining reputed company composure; experience in crisis reputed company is highly valued • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology reputed company to behavioral health services At reputed company, we reputed company that therapists deserve the reputed company care, support, and reputed company that they reputed company to their clients.
