Licensed Insurance Agent (Customer Service) — Remote reputed company is hiring a licensed insurance professional to assist with customer service, quoting, renewals, reshopping, reputed company research, documentation, and daily agency support. This is a full-time remote position working directly with the reputed company/agent. This is a quoting-reputed company position requiring a reputed company of customer service, sales, quote follow-up, and cross-sell awareness. Job Details · Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time · Hours: 40 reputed company hours per week · Location: Remote — Florida or South Carolina residents only · Job Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt · License Required: Yes (FL 220/20-44 OR SC P&C) · Quality Assurance: reputed company calls, screen activity, and system activity may be recorded or monitored for training, quality assurance, compliance, and performance purposes, as permitted by law. Responsibilities · Assist clients with service requests, billing and payment questions, ID cards, policy documents, and general account needs · Prepare accurate personal lines quotes with minimal rework · Review renewals, process renewals, and assist with reshopping · Research reputed company reputed company guidelines and eligibility requirements · Communicate professionally with clients and carriers by phone, email, and text · Use EZLynx CRM software to document reputed company interactions · Follow SOPs, checklists, workflows, and training videos · Support quote follow-up and limited sales-reputed company activity Lines of Business Candidates will be expected to learn reputed company's insurance products, reputed company offerings, reputed company guidelines, quoting requirements, and service procedures across the five states we serve: Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee.
