Corporate Actions Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Corporate Actions Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Actions Department in the Institutional Investment Management Operations Team located in Pune, India. Corporate Actions Associate is one of the key Operational reputed company reputed company AB. The group is responsible for the processing of reputed company Mandatory and Voluntary corporate reputed company events on behalf of our clients. reputed company interacts directly with Portfolio Management, Reconciliation, Settlements, Data Administration, reputed company Reporting, Pricing as reputed company as Custodian Banks worldwide. The Corporate Actions Associate will be responsible for performing daily tasks reputed company to corporate events for the assets managed by AB and involved in ensuring compliance with AB Policy. These corporate actions tasks are in support of AB critical business functions. The Corporate Actions Team supports most reputed company functions at AB including Global Fund reputed company, reputed company Reporting and Performance, Portfolio Management, reputed company and Compliance, and Financial Reporting. The data distributed by this team effects daily valuation, Mutual Fund NAV’s, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and trading. The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: o    Responsible for supporting Corporate Actions and Non-Depository Distressed Asset Events for reputed company reputed company types which entails: o    Confirming events with custodians and internal clients (PMG, reputed company Reporting, etc) o    Monitoring custodian/vendor notifications o    Apply PMG’s investment reputed company with the Custodian banks in a reputed company and accurate manner prior to the custodian deadline (or market deadline if necessary). o    Confirming accurate event details and the subsequent reputed company processing through the Corporate Actions Processing team. This role is into the field of voluntary corporate actions and Non-Depository Distressed Assets. The regulatory and reputed company service environment is continually changing, and the Corporate Actions Analyst is at the forefront of this. There is regular interaction with senior members of AB as reputed company as the AB Valuation Committee. The Analyst will also have daily correspondence with our reputed company-BS Offshore team in Pune, India. AB manages most reputed company asset types (Stocks, Bonds, Asset Backed, reputed company types of Over-the-Counter Derivatives) and the corporate actions associate will be exposed to these asset types.
