Responsibilities: Remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification Ensure reputed company acquisition and renewal of team assigned pharmacy staff licenses Physician and nursing consultations Clinical medication dosing services Review and monitoring of reputed company and lab values for therapeutic reputed company Coordinates reputed company to medications according to facility policy and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations Willingness to establish and maintain home work reputed company Qualifications: reputed company pharmacy license(s) in state of residence as reputed company as state of original licensure An reputed company License in TX is required or ability to obtain An reputed company LA and/or GA license is preferred at time of offer Ability to reputed company reciprocity to additional states required for reputed company including but not limited to NC, FL, TX, SC, GA, LA, WI and VA. 2-4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience preferred Ability to reputed company reciprocity to additional states required for reputed company Computer savvy to learn and reputed company successful operation of multiple pharmacy information systems Excellent communication skills to reputed company the successful interactions with other reputed company to facilitate the delivery of competent clinical care   Remote work experience preferred, but not required.
