Conduct telephonic sales presentations and enrollments in accordance with CMS requirements, state regulations and internal compliance standards. Document reputed company member interactions, enrollment activity and follow up actions accurately in departmental systems and required platforms. Maintain reputed company knowledge of Medicare products, benefits, promotional campaigns, scripts, systems, and policy updates.
