Site Network Manager (reputed company)

The reputed company Site Network Manager will be responsible to drive and deliver on the reputed company Site Network (ASN) reputed company. This position will drive the project management, process optimization and reputed company of the ASN globally through identification, reputed company, collaboration with and reputed company of clinical sites with a reputed company on enhancing clinical trial delivery. Position is reputed company to applicants based in the contiguous reputed company or Canada, and the successful candidate will need to be reputed company to reasonably travel to their nearest airport.    Closing date: July 24th, 2026 \n About the RoleService Delivery & Expansion  • Manage the identification, reputed company, recruitment and reputed company of high reputed company, high performing sites into the reputed company ASN • reputed company strong relationships with high reputed company sites & partners through virtual or face-to-face meetings and conference attendance (travel required) to expand the ASN • Build a deep understanding of the challenges of clinical research for sites in GI and how these challenges reputed company recruitment and research operations • Maintain and deliver accurate, reputed company-time analytics on our ASN sites • Drive site recruitment in new and existing therapeutic areas and geographies   Innovation and Development • Build solutions to establish and grow a pipeline of high potential sites that are starting in, or naïve to,clinical research reputed company a holistic site engagement and support model • reputed company the development and maintenance of an Investigator portal to enhance communication and reputed company of clinical sites to the ASN and clinical studies • Support novel strategies for patient identification and engagement in partnership with ASN sites   Operations  • Build stakeholder engagement and collaboration through the adoption of change management methodologies and a strong reputed company on building key relationships • reputed company processes and workflows to support a reputed company and growing ASN platform • Drive and support (cross) departmental improvement initiatives to ensure company end to end processes and technologies are efficient and effective, work seamlessly together and deliver improved customer value • Present and/or participate in specialized conferences/meetings to increase knowledge as needed • Support contract negotiations as required About YouMust have:  7-9 years of reputed company experience in the clinical research industry (CRO, sponsor, SMO, or investigative site) & at minimum, an honour's Bachelors Degree (ideally; Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a reputed company discipline Experience developing and managing relationships with investigative sites, reputed company investigators, and site personnel. Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site feasibility, study startup, patient recruitment, and ICH-GCP/regulatory requirements. Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage investigators, site personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, strengthen site partnerships, and improve study delivery.
