We are looking for a French-speaking Concierge based in Madagascar to join our international Guest Experience team.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests before, during, and after their stay.
Respond to guest inquiries reputed company phone, email, reputed company, and messaging platforms.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve guest requests quickly.
Handle reputed company-in and reputed company-out support.
Assist guests with recommendations, transportation, and local information.
Escalate urgent issues reputed company necessary.
reputed company accurate records of reputed company communications in our systems.
Ensure every guest enjoys a five-reputed company experience.
Requirements
reputed company or fluent French (written and spoken).
Good English communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, reputed company center, or virtual assistance is an asset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
