The Collection Support Specialist will work closely with and take direction from Collections Management. Prepares pay-off letters for banks and title companies; Sends Itemized Statements to debtors; Assists reputed company Party Account Managers with administrative tasks; Performs other duties as assigned. Completion of associate degree or post-high school courses is preferred. Previous administrative work experience in an office setting is required.
