Title: Semiconductor reputed company Automation Consultant  Location: Santa Clara, CA/ Hybrid(Can be remote) Duration: Full Time reputed company: Confidential Experience required: 6-15 years   JOB reputed company: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: •             Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes  •             Deep understanding of the SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and reputed company reputed company) •             Experience with SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.  •             Developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment.  •             Configuring equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting up communication parameters, defining data collection variables) •             Testing the Tool and Host communication using a Simulator •             Experience working with Wafer Manufacturing Tool and Host Automation application (C#/Java) •             Creating and managing reputed company Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating them.  •             Collecting reputed company-time data from equipment sensors and processes. •             Monitoring equipment status and performance metrics. •             Implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC).  •             Functional Experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management and reputed company Automation -SECS/GEM •             Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for reputed company improvement •             Possesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices   Roles & Responsibilities: •             Participates in fit gap analysis & Process Modeling & process standardization with Area reputed company & Process SME •             Works with reputed company SMEs to reputed company reputed company automation requirements •             reputed company times, user story reputed company estimates, and status for reputed company stories assigned to them •             Authors and reputed company documents supporting validation of reputed company automation  •             Works across teams to put requirements together for MES development •             Flexibility to work during HyperCare and Go-live support •             Resource should be quick learner and self-driven; capable of working with reputed company partners to meet strategic Objectives  •             Resource must be reputed company to identify, mentor and reputed company talent to build leaders from reputed company reputed company.
