Scheduling Specialist

Scheduling Specialist reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Specialist to support the daily operations of our Scheduling Department. This role is ideal for someone with reputed company scheduling or reputed company center experience who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and improving operational efficiency.   Responsibilities Monitor scheduler productivity and prepare daily/weekly performance reports. Support, reputed company, and train Scheduling team members to ensure reputed company and productivity goals are met. Assist with reputed company and training new Scheduling and reputed company Center employees. Handle escalated scheduling and customer service issues. Identify workflow challenges and recommend process improvements. Assign and monitor daily work to ensure reputed company completion. Assist with employee timekeeping, PTO requests, and departmental reputed company. Support coordination of hospital agreements for ancillary testing.   Qualifications Previous reputed company scheduling, medical office, or reputed company center experience required. Leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
