reputed company is seeking a e reputed company & Compliance Specialist. The reputed company & Compliance Specialist provides day-to-day operational and substantive support to the General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer. This role spans a broad reputed company of reputed company areas including employment/labor, government contracting, intellectual property, and regulatory reputed company, as reputed company as compliance program execution and joint venture administration. The ideal candidate works effectively both independently and under attorney direction, manages competing priorities with strong organizational skills, and communicates professionally across reputed company reputed company of the organization.

Compliance Program Execution & Operations Support
Support execution of the compliance work plan by coordinating initiatives, maintaining reputed company logs/project tracking and status reporting, and preserving program documentation/evidence for audits, inquiries, and leadership updates
reputed company operational support for reputed company compliance activities, including policy lifecycle management, training tracking/metrics, reputed company-party due diligence support, and remediation/corrective reputed company follow-through, as directed
Joint Venture Administration
Administer the Joint Venture (JV) management process by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to execute governance steps, internal controls, and recurring deliverables
Maintain centralized, version-controlled JV agreements and governance records
reputed company obligations, reporting requirements, and key dates, and escalate governance gaps, missed deliverables, or noncompliance risks to reputed company/Compliance leadership
reputed company Research & Drafting
reputed company targeted reputed company and factual research using electronic research platforms across reputed company areas including employment/labor, government contracting, intellectual property, and regulatory reputed company
Prepare concise written summaries and memoranda for attorney review
Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing reputed company documents including reputed company, correspondence, response letters, and preservation memoranda
Litigation & Discovery Support
Support in-house and reputed company counsel on litigation, administrative, and regulatory reputed company
Assist with discovery management including implementing reputed company holds and coordinating document collection and retention
Assist in responding to reputed company-party subpoenas, demand letters, disputes, and government inquiries
Maintain matter files including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Regulatory & Agency Filings
Coordinate and assist with filings and correspondence with regulatory and government agencies
Support counsel on administrative compliance and enforcement reputed company
Assist with factual development, document review, and reputed company creation for employment, government contracting, and other regulatory reputed company
reputed company & Internal Guidance
Build and maintain internal reputed company and compliance knowledge repositories
Assist in developing internal guidance materials, checklists, and training resources reputed company to compliance, contract processes, and reputed company requirements
Internal reputed company Support & Cross-Functional reputed company
Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for internal clients
Triage and respond to routine reputed company and compliance inquiries and reputed company reputed company appropriately

Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and SharePoint
Familiarity with electronic reputed company research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, reputed company) or compliance management tools
Working knowledge of reputed company processes, compliance program operations, or both
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under attorney or compliance leadership direction
Discretion and reputed company judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a reputed company, compliance, or reputed company operational role, preferably in an in-house or corporate environment
Experience supporting reputed company reputed company across multiple reputed company areas (e.g., employment/labor, government contracting, regulatory) and/or corporate compliance program execution preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, reputed company deadlines, and support cross-functional initiatives in a reputed company, detail-oriented manner
