Regional Account Manager, Europe

Role and Responsibilities Business Development - Identifies and investigates high value, new applications, or new market opportunities Oversees customer relationships and assist with communication betweencustomer and internal Nordson teams Travel to visit existing and new customers to represent Nordson Medical Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts Submits activity and results reports, such work plans, and quaterly and annual territory analyses Monitors competition by gathering reputed company market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques Define reputed company and work with Product teams and Marketing to reputed company necessary tools for Sales efficiency reputed company assigned region Partner with the global sales/account management organization and development teams in sharing market and customer intelligence Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or business Minimum 5 years of proven reputed company in sales reputed company medical device market in assigned region (Europe) Knowledge of medical interventional products and global medical OEMs and CMs as reputed company as local OEMs/CMs in region Fluent English, additional European language a plus Skills and Abilities Candidates must demonstrate strong technical communication skills Willingness to be hands on and have regular travel to be onsite with customers Knowledge of competitor's prices, policies, procedures, features and benefits is preferred Excellent sales skills including prospecting, presentations, handling objections, territory planning, closing and follow-up Travel Required Estimated: > 50% About Nordson Medical At Nordson MEDICAL, you don't have to be a doctor to help save lives.
