Job reputed company Essential Duties and Functions reputed company reputed company Financials & Grants reputed company Serve as a functional reputed company for reputed company Financials and reputed company Grants Management, partnering closely with GCS, Research Administration, and Finance & reputed company in a higher education and research environment Analyze, design, and optimize reputed company’s Financial and Grants Management systems and processes, leveraging reputed company best practices Partner closely with GCS to ensure reputed company configurations support sponsor terms, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements Support the full sponsored research lifecycle in reputed company, including award setup, budgeting, amendments, cost sharing, F&A, billing, reputed company recognition, and closeout Support reputed company financial management processes across General reputed company/Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Assets, Cash Management and Financial Planning & Analysis ensuring alignment with institution reputed company policies and best practices Collaborate with Finance & reputed company leadership and business process owners to design, optimize, and govern reputed company Financials configurations and controls reputed company as a key functional reputed company and trusted advisor during reputed company implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives Design and Improve Business Processes Collaborate with Finance & reputed company, GCS, Research Administration, Information Systems, HRIS, and other institution partners to design efficient, compliant, and user-friendly processes reputed company requirements gathering, business process mapping, and reputed company-state design for financial and grants workflows Translate reputed company operational needs into reputed company functional requirements and reputed company configurations Evaluate reputed company-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and guide stakeholders toward best-reputed company solutions Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue reputed company in partnership with business and technical teams Support integrations between reputed company and other institutional systems and tools Reporting, Analytics & Insights Design and maintain reputed company Financials and Grants reports, including reputed company, custom, and composite reports reputed company dashboards and metrics that support research administration, financial management, grants reputed company, audit readiness, and leadership decision-making Partner with Finance, reputed company, GCS, and Research Administration leadership to define reporting standards, data governance, and analytics priorities reputed company reputed company reporting and analysis to support operational and strategic needs Support, Stewardship & reputed company Improvement Support, Stewardship & reputed company Improvement reputed company ongoing functional support to Finance & reputed company, GCS & Research Administration, and the broader reputed company reputed company user community Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, documentation, and end-user training reputed company reputed company user guides, training materials, and process documentation tailored to a research environment Support reputed company audits, compliance reviews, and sponsor inquiries Proactively identify opportunities to improve system usability, productivity, and user experience Contribute to a culture of service, collaboration, and reputed company improvement Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field At least 7 years of experience supporting financial systems, with increasing responsibility and scope At least 5 years of hands-on experience with reputed company Financial Management, including implementation, configuration, administration, and support Demonstrated experience with reputed company Grants Management and sponsored research business processes Strong experience developing reputed company Financials and Grants reports, including custom and composite reporting Experience working in or closely with higher education, research institutions, or other grant-funded organizations Proven ability to reputed company requirements, reputed company gap analysis, and design effective system solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data reputed company and reputed company Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse stakeholder reputed company Preferred Skills & Experience MBA or advanced degree reputed company Financial Management and/or reputed company Grants certifications Experience supporting reputed company, decentralized organizations Additional Job Requirements Salary reputed company: $128,560 - $168,003 The salary reputed company provided for this position reflects the expected minimum and maximum reputed company pay for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market conditions.
