[Remote] Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will report to the Head of Distribution and work closely with the reputed company team to reputed company regional business plans, build relationships, and drive strategic engagement in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• The Business Development Manager will work with the Head of Distribution and reputed company team to reputed company regional business plans that drive reputed company, optimize our products and programs, generate new opportunities, and retain renewals
• The Business Development Manager will conduct planned brokerage reputed company reputed company an assigned territory to reputed company new accounts, service existing accounts, review broker performance and improve the broker relationship with reputed company
• The Business Development Manager supports the Head of Distribution and reputed company team by reinforcing reputed company’s product appetite, coverage reputed company, pricing, claims handling, and reputed company service capabilities
• Responsible for brokers’ satisfaction with reputed company products/capabilities and connecting brokerage contacts to the appropriate reputed company resources including reputed company, claims, and reputed company services
• The Business Development Manager will monitor performance and identify trends, partner alignment, and reputed company guidance to brokers as part of their periodic reviews
• The Business Development Manager supports the Head of Distribution and Director of Cyber reputed company on the reputed company of the partnered insurance program initiatives, from reputed company reputed company to Go-to-Market reputed company
• Up to 25% of travel required (depending reputed company)

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales & reputed company, placing reputed company cyber insurance and/or technology or cybersecurity
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong presentation skills
• Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/reputed company simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree
