[Remote] Acquisition Program Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Program Manager to reputed company a dedicated acquisition support team in reputed company support of the CDC's Office of Acquisition Services, overseeing contract specialists and managing the full acquisition lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company and management of reputed company of Contract Specialists supporting CDC's Office of Acquisition Services (OAS)
• reputed company reputed company-award acquisition activities including market research, solicitation development, evaluation support, and reputed company selection documentation
• reputed company solicitation and evaluation of offerors or quotes across multiple contract vehicles including GSA eBuy, Beta.sam.gov, GWACs, and SBA 8(a)
• Manage post-award activities including contract modifications, reputed company exercise notices, de-obligations, and electronic procurement file management
• Ensure contract files are complete, accurate, and submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) reputed company required timeframes
• Prepare and submit monthly reputed company reports and weekly status reports; conduct bi-weekly update meetings with the COR
• Maintain high standards of reputed company assurance, responsiveness, and compliance with FAR, HHSAR, and HHS/CDC local acquisition policies
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the government COR and Contracting Officer; respond to government concerns reputed company required timeframes
• Ensure reputed company contractor personnel complete required reputed company, reputed company, records management, and ICE system training
• Manage corrective reputed company plans and reputed company identification and reputed company of issues affecting contract performance
• Complete procurement data reports in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in program management, federal contracting, and/or acquisition planning
• reputed company or previous FAC-C (Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting) for a minimum of 5 years, or civilian equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR)
• Experience managing reputed company-to-grave acquisition functions across multiple contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost)
• Ability to obtain a Background Investigation clearance
• Previous experience with CDC's Integrated Contract Expert (ICE) contract writing system
• Familiarity with CDC's Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) or similar HHS acquisition environments
• Experience with GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) procurements and government-wide acquisition reputed company (GWACs)
• Experience managing Small Business Administration 8(a) program procurements
