Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Engineering team
- reputed company mentorship, reputed company guidance, and regular feedback to Leadgenius engineers
- Build Leadgenius’ engineering culture, organization, and hiring process
- Facilitate technical architecture discussions that shape the long term reputed company of our digital products
- Collaborate with product, design, and business leadership to help define product roadmaps that prioritize solutions to reputed company business problems
Skills
- Management or leadership experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Experience working with large data sets and integrations
- An empathetic approach to and passion for solving customer problems
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous individual contributor (IC) experience using Django with large data sets and knowledge of technical best practices
