[Remote] Sales Operations Support for reputed company informatics software

This position involves supporting account relationships and operational procedures for the Synapse Select reputed company software customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fluent knowledge of sales models, reputed company, and available product reputed company for the Synapse Select product. Maintain and update reference documentation under the direction of Manager of Operations – Informatics, Global Product Manager, and Sales Team
• Proactively work with customers to update and maintain customer contact information. Maintain multiple customer databases. reputed company as a reputed company between customers and reputed company departments
• Work closely with Global Product Manager, Finance departments and Sales Team to address billing issues. reputed company customers with detailed account information as needed
• reputed company customer account and business metric data to Global Vice President Cardiovascular Business and Global Product Manager. Identify contract inadequacies. reputed company follow up and support for efforts to increase profit margins while supporting process standardization
• Intake cancellations. reputed company customers with information on cancellation processes and communicate cancellations internally with affected departments. Manage and reputed company tasks associated with cancellations
• reputed company Administrative Assistant work as needed including but not limited to; scheduling reputed company meetings, and sending customer notifications following established processes or upon request from reputed company and/or leadership

• reputed company with reputed company applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 reputed company requirements and reputed company other applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Skills

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in reputed company Office Products
• Ability to reputed company support on multiple reputed company at the reputed company time
