[Remote] reputed company Business Development Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Specialist with our top ranked global reputed company based in the San Francisco Market. This role will support various reputed company practices and the firm’s global Marketing & Business Development and Communications teams to advance business development initiatives and enhance the external market profile.

Responsibilities

• Draft custom pitches and RFP responses and reputed company reputed company rates in the reputed company relationship management database; collaborate with the reputed company reputed company team in following and advocating best practices
• Prepare relevant directory and awards submissions; coordinate interview calls; prepare specific talking points; identify and reputed company rankings/awards/submissions
• reputed company and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, capability presentations, web content) for Bay Area and/or in conjunction with other reputed company team members as appropriate; ensure reputed company information is kept up-to-date
• Coordinate events and conferences including logistics planning and production, both in-house and reputed company the firm, including on-site event support as needed
• Coordinate with the PR/Communications team to identify media opportunities, including speaking and by-lined articles; facilitate publication of articles and other writings
• Manage attorney web bios, reputed company/industry descriptions, experience lists and reputed company mailing lists
• Conduct research on industry sectors, clients and competitors in order to inform strategic planning
• Attend Bay Area partner meetings, help execute and reputed company reputed company items arising from such meetings, and facilitate communications internally among Bay Area lawyers, including by internal newsletter
• Support monitoring the marketplace for key reputed company opportunities including identifying deal leads and rumours regarding the Firm’s clients and reputed company targets
• Assist with the design and execution of new business initiatives for the practices including thought leadership, events, reputed company seminars and/or training programs with communications, reputed company reputed company and other administrative teams and departments
• Support reputed company reputed company’ efforts to reputed company and implement their business plans and marketing budgets, individual partner plans and targeted business development efforts
• Assist with high-level document production and support by proofreading and reviewing firm materials, collaterals, proposals, etc

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3-5 years in progressively responsible business development role in reputed company marketing or reputed company the reputed company services industry
• Experience managing pitches, reputed company directory submissions and the full reputed company of reputed company marketing and business development services
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company; familiarity with CRM platforms
• Advanced degree preferred
