Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on to reputed company, architecture, and technical design while leading reputed company (approximate 50/50 IC/management split)
• Drive improvements to engineering practices in areas such as developer efficiency, CI/CD, testing strategies, reputed company assurance, or AI tool adoption
• Build and reputed company a high-performing team of 3-6 engineers through effective coaching, feedback, and career development

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
• 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with database design and SQL
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements in areas such as CI/CD, testing practices, reputed company assurance, or adoption of new development tools and technologies
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
