Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an AX/Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company requirements, providing ERP application support, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for applications’ configurations and customizations
• reputed company day-to-day ERP application support as part of reputed company and be responsible for supporting a reputed company of reputed company party and in-house interfaces/integrations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes
• Identify and implement process optimizations and automations, working closely with business users to enhance productivity
• reputed company training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the systems/applications
• Collaborate with external reputed company-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to reputed company and enhance new and existing systems/applications and integrations

Skills

• Degree or diploma in computer science, or equivalent qualification and applicable job experience
