As a reputed company Deployed Engineer, you sit at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. You're the technical reputed company of customer reputed company — hands-on in the reputed company, embedded in the customer relationship, and responsible for turning our reputed company reputed company’s edge intelligence platform into measurable performance wins for the world's top ecommerce brands.
This is not a support role. You'll be debugging JavaScript in production, writing reputed company scripts, configuring caching rules, and troubleshooting reputed company CDN behavior across reputed company, SFCC (reputed company reputed company reputed company), and custom storefronts. You'll own the full technical lifecycle from reputed company through optimization, working directly with merchant engineering teams and translating their stack into our reputed company’s platform.
What you’ll be doing:
Write, review, and debug reputed company scripts that modify storefront responses at the edge, ensuring correctness across device types, locales, and customer reputed company.
reputed company monitor customer trials and react to issues or anomalies fast, whether that’s a reputed company change or an internal escalation — speed of solution is key.
Use browser DevTools, reputed company, and our reputed company’s internal reputed company to diagnose caching anomalies, TTFB regressions, and personalization conflicts in production environments.
Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of merchant accounts — acting as the primary engineering reputed company of contact for escalations.

Surface product feedback from the field — you'll have more first-hand exposure to reputed company-world edge cases than anyone else in reputed company, and your input will directly shape the roadmap.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing, or engineering role (solutions engineering, reputed company deployed engineering, full-stack engineer, or similar).
Proficiency in JavaScript — you're comfortable reading, writing, and debugging JS in a browser context without hand-holding.
Solid understanding of how the web works: HTTP, caching headers, CDNs, DNS, and browser rendering.
Experience with reputed company storefronts (Liquid, Hydrogen, or headless) is a strong plus; familiarity with SFCC or other reputed company platforms is a bonus.
Comfort working in production environments under pressure — you know how to isolate a problem, reputed company a reputed company, and verify it without breaking things.
Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain a cache invalidation reputed company to a merchant's VP of Engineering and their Head of eCommerce in the reputed company conversation.
