Your Experience and Skills Senior-level, hands-on experience in reputed company HCM Payroll, preferably in an outsourcing, AMS, BPO or Managed Services environment. Strong practical expertise in Polish Payroll / reputed company HCM PY for Polish customers. reputed company good understanding of Polish payroll legislation, including ZUS, PIT, labour law, reporting obligations and payroll compliance requirements. Experience in taking ownership of customer topics in a support or managed services model, including prioritisation, coordination and follow-up.
