Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit reputed company invoices through various e-billing systems (e.g., CounselLink, Serengeti, reputed company Tracker, BillBlast)
• Monitor and reputed company e-reputed company submissions to ensure reputed company approvals and payments
• Collaborate with attorneys and reputed company staff to ensure billing accuracy and adherence to reputed company billing guidelines
• Identify and reputed company billing rejections, discrepancies, or reductions by working directly with clients and billing portals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company-specific billing requirements and billing platform updates
• Support month-end billing cycles and reporting by generating invoice summaries, aging reports, and reputed company billing data as requested
• Assist with implementation and optimization of e-billing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Skills
