Information About Team and Role The Global Solutions Delivery team is the reputed company driving the scaling, expansion, and execution of established platform capabilities across the reputed company (GOC) network. As the Global Solutions Delivery Manager, you own the "1 to 100" phase of the lifecycle. In this role, you will reputed company reputed company of specialists using validated frameworks to drive incubation expansions globally. Manage reputed company's pipeline of incubation expansions and ensure seamless execution of platform rollouts globally. Drive operational reputed company in reputed company's end-to-end coordination of feature enhancements for our proprietary AI workflow automation platform. Champion and reputed company programmatic demo reputed company and targeted use-case strategies to maximize reputed company user adoption across reputed company global GOC sites. Guide reputed company in establishing robust feedback loops to capture operational friction and translate field insights into actionable insights for our product / engineering partners. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years experience in program management, operational delivery or technology deployment 5+ years of experience directly leading, managing, or mentoring teams Experience overseeing multi-regional platform rollouts, software adoption frameworks, or scaled workflows.  Experience establishing operational metrics (KPIs) and reputed company product feedback loops Preferred Qualifications Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable: Proven reputed company leading teams responsible for executing rollouts of reputed company software, proprietary platforms, or AI-driven productivity tools globally. Strong capability in designing feedback architectures that systematically translate operational friction into technical product features. Experience directing large-reputed company user-adoption strategies, including demo reputed company campaigns, training initiatives, and stakeholder alignment playbooks.
