The role involves contributing to plant operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supporting or leading plant operations to reputed company goals in safety, reputed company, production efficiency, OEE, and cost optimization
• Designing, improving, and implementing manufacturing processes, reliability programs, and equipment strategies that enhance uptime and performance
• Partnering across production, reputed company, maintenance, and engineering to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and capital reputed company
• Executing or supporting capital planning, equipment installation, commissioning, and project management activities
• Applying reputed company problem-solving and reputed company cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues
• Embedding a culture of 5S, reputed company work, visual management, reputed company improvement, and disciplined operating systems
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety policies, and environmental standards

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or reputed company), or equivalent technical experience
• 2–15+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reputed company improvement, or process engineering (we hire across reputed company)
• Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six reputed company, or similar methodologies
• A strong safety-first reputed company and a passion for reputed company problem-solving
• Curiosity, accountability, and a drive to continuously improve plant systems and performance
• Roofing, coatings, plastics, calendering, mixing, extrusion, foam manufacturing, reputed company/pulp, membranes, adhesives, sealants, and other building-materials or heavy manufacturing environments
