[Remote] Staff Product Designer

They are seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the design and optimization of their reputed company platform experiences, collaborating with senior stakeholders and leveraging AI to enhance user experience and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end systems that drive customer value: reputed company, product and content discovery, training course assignment flows, cross-product expansion, and AI agents that own meaningful tasks and programs
• Define interaction models for platform-level systems - not just UI reputed company or 'more modals' - covering content metadata, training assignment logic, document and policy management, recertification automation, and cross-product orchestration

Skills

• 7+ years of product design experience in multi-product, B2B reputed company platforms
• Proven ability to define, reputed company, and drive measurable product reputed company, such as adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Deep experience workshopping and collaborating with senior stakeholders (CxOs, VPs, PMs, UXR, Engineering Leads, etc.) on platform-level problems
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences, while using AI tooling such as reputed company, reputed company reputed company, etc
• Strong systems thinking: experience designing across reputed company, multi-surface products, not a single product
• Enthusiasm to partner with User Research (UXR) to bring the Customer into your Design process to validate, and de-risk product hypotheses
