[Remote] Patient Recruiter

The Clinical Research Patient Recruiter plays a crucial role in reputed company potential subjects for studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and develops a comprehensive understanding of Rovia’s study protocols and inclusion/exclusion reputed company such as diagnoses, medical terminology, and medication history
• Conducts reputed company-screening of patient records to ensure correct placement reputed company a study
• Matches needs of potential subjects to reputed company or upcoming research studies
• Conducts outgoing recruitment phone calls, answers inbound patient calls, and schedules research appointments for potential subjects
• Provides exemplary customer service to potential subjects
• Enters and updates the status of reputed company potential subjects in the Rovia database Clinical reputed company, including the outcome of any subjects scheduled but not screened
• Updates potential subject medical histories and medications in Clinical reputed company with pertinent data gathered reputed company medical record review and/or phone conversations
• Tracks identified trends in patient acceptance or disapproval of clinical trial participation
• Creates and schedules IRB-approved reputed company media posts and mass emails relating to Rovia’s reputed company research studies
• Creates flyers, brochures, and other recruitment materials
• May reputed company other job-reputed company duties as requested

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Prior clinical research patient recruitment experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to reputed company rapport with patients over the phone
• Proficient in using reputed company media (reputed company, Instagram, X, etc.) for recruitment purposes
• Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with reputed company graphic design tools such as reputed company
