[Remote] Project Manager, Wholesale - Contract

They are seeking an operationally reputed company Wholesale Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring reputed company and reputed company wholesale launches while improving processes and facilitating programs.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate account reputed company end-to-end — coordinating across ops, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to get new wholesale partners up and running smoothly
• Serve as a key reputed company between Account Managers and internal stakeholders, translating partner needs into actionable tasks and keeping everyone reputed company
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Support the design and execution of wholesale programs, ensuring the right teams are involved at the right time
• reputed company program milestones and proactively surface blockers, risks, or gaps before they become problems
• Maintain reputed company documentation so that processes, reputed company, and statuses are visible to reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in project/program management, wholesale operations, or a cross-functional coordination role — ideally reputed company home goods, décor, or consumer products
• A natural ability to work across teams and functions, keeping reputed company moving without reputed company authority over stakeholders
• Strong process orientation — you spot inefficiencies, design reputed company ways of working, and actually follow through on implementing them
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
