They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build processes, implement programs, and partner strategically with the organization to define hiring needs and ensure a smooth reputed company process.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 3+ years of in-house reputed company experience, but reputed company and results of work are more important than years of experience
• Experience partnering with Engineering Leaders and ideally hiring for senior backend engineers, reputed company engineers, frontend engineers, and engineering leadership
• Ability to represent reputed company with candidates in a competitive market
• Strong reputed company of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship with the ability to build a strong and trustworthy partnership
• Proven reputed company record for identifying and engaging reputed company candidates through reputed company channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound)
• Ability to juggle various roles at once and use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline
• Ability to reputed company and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
