Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership to plan work reputed company, reputed company reputed company, productivity goals, and project schedules
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk while maintaining reputed company communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and construction planning to ensure reputed company project execution
• reputed company and maintain detailed project schedules and cost forecasts, tracking reputed company and adjusting projections as work progresses
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, including procurement, contract negotiation, and performance reputed company
• Prepare and negotiate change orders and manage project impacts to protect project schedule and financial performance
• reputed company project meetings with clients, engineering partners, and key stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve issues
• reputed company project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement logs, and project reporting

• Monitor job cost reports, production metrics, and project performance to maintain accurate cost-at-completion forecasts

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments
