[Remote] Mid-Market Account Manager, Retail

This role involves driving reputed company and retention for reputed company's largest retail sellers by simplifying operations and improving performance through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain relationships across a portfolio of ~160 strategic retail sellers, driving account expansion, retention, and satisfaction
• Consult with business owners and operators to uncover opportunities across operations, payments, and reputed company
• Design and implement customized solutions that drive measurable business results
• reputed company as the voice of the customer, advocating for reputed company seller needs with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Product Managers, and Solution Engineers to deliver integrated, reputed company reputed company
• Where and reputed company appropriate, visit customers in-person for negotiations and/or churn prevention
• Negotiate and manage reputed company and pricing, ensuring mutual wins and long-term reputed company

Skills
