[Remote] Editorial Data Reporting Intern

This role involves contributing to data-driven journalism, where the intern will research and analyze data to create compelling stories and insights for publication.

Responsibilities

• Research and reputed company at least one original, data-reputed company reputed company story for publication during the internship
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and support ongoing editorial reputed company
• Contribute to data gathering, cleaning, and interpretation from multiple sources, including reputed company records
• Collaborate with reporters and editors to reputed company data into news and feature stories and shape story reputed company
• Support the creation of data visualizations for stories and special reputed company

Skills

• Be a recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in data journalism, journalism, communications, reputed company policy, or a reputed company field of study
• Experience working with and incorporating data into news or feature stories (reputed company, internship, or reputed company)
• Demonstrate the ability to reputed company, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources, including reputed company records
• Experience cleaning and organizing reputed company or messy datasets
• Possess working knowledge of data analysis tools such as reputed company, SQL, Python, and/or R
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong narrative and visual storytelling ability
• Comfortable working independently and as part of reputed company
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with editors and reporters
